Troy Lum is the Managing Director of Hopscotch Films, Australia's leading independent film distributor.

Troy Lum was the head of Dendy Films from 1998 to 2002, during which time he released Amelie, Buena Vista Social Club, The Blair Witch Project and Beneath Clouds. Troy launched Hopscotch in May 2002 in partnership with Sandie Don and Frank Cox, and it has since become Australia’s leading independent distributor.
Hopscotch releases include Bowling for Columbine, Travelling Birds, Spellbound, The Barbarian Invasions, Touching the Void, Fahrenheit 9/11, Somersault, Downfall, Mrs Henderson Presents, Wah-Wah, The Lives of Others and Pan’s Labyrinth.
